RETURN & EXCHANGE

How to Return

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, refund usually proceeded via paypal within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your paypal account again. Then contact our aftersale service service@wigsforwomenm.com, provide the order number and we will get back to you.
 
 
Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products.  We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Return postage is on buyer.Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order.


Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@wigsforwomenm.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returning shipping cost should be prepaid, we will not accept any return shipment freight collect.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

VERY IMPORTANT. Due to cross board shipment and different Custom policy, please put the shipment invoice value lower than $10 and state the product is sample. Otherwise buyer should take the tax cost. Please contact us service@wigsforwomenm.com if you need our help.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

How to Exchange

Only eligible wigs can be exchanged. When you want to exchange the wig, please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve it. If your problem can’t be solved without exchange, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our exchange system. You can then send the item back to the address on the original shipment. Exchange without contacting will be charged 10% handling fee.

Exchange Policy

1. If you are not happy with the wig, you can exchange the eligible item for FREE!  Lacewigsbuy.com will waive the return shipping charges (10 dollars) for the first time. If you need to exchange the eligible item twice or above, all other extra fees including postages are on you. Our postage and handling is about $20-$30.

2. The same shipping information and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified.

3. Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order.

Expedite the Exchange Process (Cross-ship)

Need your exchange product now?  Place a new order online or email service@wigsforwomenm.com. We will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase paid with PayPal. Indicate the new order number on the Exchange Request Form and when we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue a refund without restocking fees.
